Summary:
Benco's Vice President of Business Development and Solutions will head the team that brings to market innovative solutions that drive dentistry forward through partnerships/acquisitions/product launches that increase Benco's revenue, market share, and profit. The Vice President of Business Development and Solutions team will directly oversee (1) Business Development, (2) mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, and (3) Practice Solutions (value-added software and services). S/he will be expected to have a thorough understanding of Benco's business model, the overall dental market, and the financial fundamentals that drive value creationand will work in close collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Conduct fundamental analysis of markets (i.e. customers, competitors, products, supply/demand) to build and maintain deep understanding and critical business insights. Lead the team in sourcing, managing, and implementing new business opportunities. Oversee the development and implementation of growth strategies; develop growth strategies and roadmaps that align with Benco's portfolio and capabilities. Prepare/manage the preparation of all financial, marketing, operational and strategic analysis for M&A activity. Support due diligence activities with respect to acquisitions and investments. Drive sustainable profitable growth in an integrated collection of Benco services (Design, Coaching, Practice Transitions, Insurance, Software, and others TBD) that help independent dentists succeed by fine-tuning people, processes, and plans. Be entrepreneurial ('the relentless pursuit of opportunity without regard to resources currently controlled') within a bigger organization. Do more with less, adopt the best practices of start-up ventures (as per the Lean Start-Up:
Assumption Mapping, Customer Press Release, MVP, Metered Funding, Leading Indicators, Pivot/Persevere). Identify new services/solutions that should be added to the offering. With Marketing, develop a marketing plan that leverages literature, SEO, white papers, and other tools to communicate the department's offerings and improve sales results. Co-travel regularly (no less than monthly) with consultants, TRs, ES's and others. Monitor competitor activity on a regular basis; attend national and regional trade-shows. Collaborate on the preparation and delivery of written and oral presentations to customers, the Senior Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors. YOU Meet These Requirements? 10
years of Management/Leadership/Strategic Experience (or equivalent), plus financial and marketing skills. Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred Who We Are:

Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
